Talk to us before you restump
A restumping quote is not a diagnosis.
Cracks, bouncy floors and sticking doors have many causes. Some need new stumps. Many come from drainage, plumbing, trees, decayed bearers or clay moving with the seasons. We inspect first, find the cause and give you the options, so you only pay for the work your house needs.
If you do need restumping, we work with your restumper. We specify the work, prepare the soil report, design, drawings and certification for the permit, and every restumper quotes on the same scope.

Most building projects need a soil test, a design and a certificate for the building permit. We do all three, so what we learn on your site goes straight into your footings and structure.
